Whenever possible, we prefer to begin working closely with the architect, engineers, and other consultants early in the process. This is when the majority of construction savings are realized. Since teamwork and continuity remain essential as the project moves forward, a company principal sponsors each project team from concept through completion. Over our many years of operation, we've developed close relationships with a substantial network of subcontractors. We've grown to know how best to work together and which teams are best for particular projects. These relationships have survived the test of aggressive schedules, poor weather, complex site conditions and complicated reporting relationships. |
