W.E. Lyons Construction has delivered design-build projects for over 80 years. In fact, W.E. Lyons Construction completed its first design/build project in 1929. At that time, we were the one of the few construction firms with an architect on staff. This long experience in completing design-build projects has allowed us to streamline the process, anticipate problems and enhance project performance.

We bring together owners, architects and engineers to provide a single source of coordination for your project. Together, we examine design alternatives and the impact of those choices. We work closely to identify all construction requirements during the design phase. During construction, we provide an experienced project manager and on-site project superintendent to maintain complete control of the schedule, budget, and quality of the project.
