Challenge

The three-story Berkeley Permit Center required seismic upgrades and tenant improvements. With sixty-six percent of the building occupied, work had to be completed without impacting the building's occupants.

Solution

By assigning a full-time project manager, performing much of the work at night and implementing double shifts, W.E. Lyons Construction completed the 8,500 square foot project on time, within budget and without disturbing the occupants.
