Challenge

Centurian Surplus was in need of additional office space with expandability for the future. The preliminary design documents for the project had been started by another firm that was non-respnsive to the owner’s schedule.

Solution

Through the design-build method, W.E. Lyons completed the construction documents and obtained the building permit in 90 days. Utilizing a Varco-Pruden metal building system, W.E. Lyons provided the owner a clear-span building for greater floor plan flexibility. The site work and shell construction was completed in 180 days.
