Challenge Dreyer's of Las Vegas was burdened with antiquated freezers, poor distribution, manual material handling. Their leased facility offered no room for expansion. Solution After purchasing a two-acre site, the owner hired a local architect and W.E. Lyons Construction. Utilizing our past freezer and distribution facility experience, W.E. Lyons assisted in the design and supervised the ground-up construction of the new facility. Four years later, W.E. Lyons Construction was called on again to add another 5,000 square feet of freezer space. Highlights |
