Challenge

Henrietta Peaker is a gas-fired turbine plant that produces
electrical power for peak summer needs in the California Valley. The owner had an extremely tight design and construction
schedule of approximately five months. The plant is in a remote location, 250 miles from W.E. Lyons home office.

Solution

Throughout the design phase, W.E. Lyons worked with California Building Officials to assure that code compliance issues were
resolved prior to construction. The design phase included a
detailed production schedule which allowed project construction in the 90-day time frame alloted.Throughout the pre-planning
process, we developed relationships with local subcontractors to assure adequate staffing and accurate time schedules.
