Water infiltration was prevalent at Red Hawk Ranch apartments. There was also a long list of non-envelope related construction deficiencies left by the original developer/builder which were in need of repair. Through partnering with the Architect, the project team was able to meet the Owner’s requirements and short schedule. Phased construction was implemented to avoid restricting tenant access. By dividing work and living areas and adjusting working hours, tenant disruption was kept to the absolute minimum.
