The existing 11 story occupied senior apartment building, was suffering from neglect and disrepair. The buildings heating system had not functioned for nearly eight years and the fire sprinkler system, electrical and life safety systems were substantially below the current code. W.E. Lyons Construction developed a comprehensive repair matrix, budget and schedule to complete the renovations in 300 days.
